Hospitality management specialist Mitch Dettloff possesses over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hotel industry, 15 of which he served at the executive level for high-end establishments. Upon receiving his Food and Beverage Degree from the American College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Mitch Dettloff embarked on a career in the hospitality industry. He accepted a position at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC in Pasadena, California, as a Training Manager, overseeing The Grille and The Georgian Room. Mitch Dettloff has an inherent sense of managerial leadership that enabled him to move up the “food chain” and take on new challenges.

Throughout his career, Mitch Dettloff has surpassed company expectations, increased revenue, and raised profits on preexisting ventures. As the Senior General Manager for Restaurants Unlimited, Inc., Mitch Dettloff motivated and inspired more than 1,000 employees and managers to exceed their own expectations. While managing restaurants in Honolulu, Seattle, and Dallas, Mitch Dettloff also gained membership to the company’s prestigious President’s Club and won the Rich Komen Hospitality Award.

Mitch Dettloff’s leadership skills led him to a career with the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino as Director of Hotel Operations. Welcoming new challenges, Mitch Dettloff pioneered a $500-million renovation while converting pre-existing restaurants into profitable establishments and managing multiple departments. Mitch Dettloff continues to share his accomplishments with the world via self-help books, Internet blogs, and spirituality writings.

In addition to his career within the hospitality industry, Mitch Dettloff enjoys spending quality time with his family and going to church.
